In my opinion this shouldn't be an important question. Sueing is another American invention I dislike. It is not about justice, but about money. Why sue politicians, I'd rather make them do their job. They should represent the people, not make money while they have power.

I'm afraid the palestine/Israel problems can't be solved, it seems a never ending story where both parties have blood on their hands, nobody will ever give in. Even in Northern Ireland and Korea I can see solutions in a not so near future, but the middle east is the most difficult one to solve. America can't do right there either. They have been supporting Israel for such a long time, it is impossible to be considered impartial as a negotatior, however good the intentions are.
