Speed skating

World championships speed skating this weekend. After the European championship everyone expected another Dutch sweep. Half way the Americans have suddenly changed that around. It is not over yet, but with Hedrick and Davis 1 and 2 before Tuitert and Fabris (Italian), it looks like a great second day coming up tomorrow.

I know absolutely nothing about speed skating, but I always thought they were so incredibly elegant on the ice.

It's a great sport. Two weekends every year I don't want to be disturbed.
