Years ago I was in Venezuela, travelled for a few days in the jungle. On a side river of the Orinico we visited an Indian tribe. They had a beautiful toucan, I took a picture, but it never came out. This summer, over 5 years after that day, in the Amazon, I saw another toucan. This time I had a digital camera and took several pictures. I am not an animal lover I have to admit, yet sometimes it is great to see a real animal in the wild.

Indeed... I think I've only seen that sort of bird at the zoo

And on some restaurants over here in the Netherlands, though I'm sure you wouldn't want to eat there..
