(no subject)

I like politics. I can't stand greed. I'm glad I read the following entry.

Thanx Thiefcatcher72 for pointing this out.

For anyone out there who still thinks Bush is a great president...

yes, politics there are beyond screwed up, it's a real dirty business, I doubt it though that anything substantial (like Bush getting impeached) will come from this apart from vague courtcases and all, too much money involved. :(

well, not only there, seeing what has happened here in Holland lately (companies 'buying off' their punishments and all) is very disturbing too.

We are no different from any other country...

ARRRRRRRRRR

Thank YOU for pointing that one out. Very interesting, I will be passing it on. I have hated Bush all the way along. Still, everytime I see a picture of him I cringe! As much as I support a "war on terrorism" it has nothing to do with Bush.
However...many politicians have had dealings with Enron over the years. Not just Bush. They were involved with the Clinton administration too. Basically Enron was a political whore. Most big companies are though. (This is not excusing Bush in ANY way, just something I thought I should point out.)

I know Clinton has profited as well. Big companies always will have people in both sides of politics, not just in your country. It just shows, that real politicians do not exist anymore. Call me cynical, but find one who isn't there to boost his own career/ego/accounts and I'll vote for him/her the rest of my life.

Yeah, I'm tempted to expat to someplace else!

Don't think things will change that much. Corruption is a world wide phenomenon. Life could be a bit better somewhere else, but only if you can leave your current life behind

its amazing how

its amazing how the top bosses @ "Enron Corporation" can get away with what they have.

good post that, im not into politics personally but it should make the Bush followers rethink.

Should is the keyword there. They should, but the real diehards will point out similar transactions done by other companies, taken profit of by other politicians. And if everybody else is doing it...

Instead of asking themselves: is is morally wrong?
