Boudewijn Büch – Zingende botten (03-016)

Tiny book. Published during the Dutch ‘Boekenweek”, week of the book. Theme this year was “death”. Büch took it a bit too seriously. He wrote one of the four little books for this week and then died himself. He wrote fiftysomething pages on why he is so fascinated with death. He can explain why he wants certain relics from his heroes from the past. He is good at that. He is a good author anyway. I also bought his last novel. He finished before he died, yet never saw it published himself. He will be missed by his fans. I’m one of them.
