11 stories and 5 poems. All about cycling. Published in the spring, hence most stories are about the spring classics. All major journalists from the Netherlands and Belgium do write for this book/magazine, it appears three times a year. As I do write for a web based newsletter about the same subject, I can keep dreaming about being asked to write a story for them as well. For the moment I´m still looking in awe at some of the pros. Ducrot, a former cyclist himself, tells the story of the one day he suddenly was a climber. Randewijk tells the tragic story of Cees Bal. Guus van Holland describes the biggest victory of Rene Martens in the classic Bordeaux to Paris that doesn´t exist anymore. Another good series, only for Dutch readers though.
