We flew past Angel falls, the highest vertical drop in the world (981m), but the real highlight of the day was walking behind Salto Sapo. Barefeet, with an indian taking all our personal stuff in a plastic bag, our group walked behind the water, where a track had been made. The amount of water was impressive. After we all finished the track, soaked obviously, we got some time off, which most people used to do some more bathing. I just stared at the huge waterfall in front of me. I had actually seen it from behind, my mind could hardly grasp it. Later we found out that the man who made the track had actually died falling down from his own track. Irony.
