The four areas I most regularly come a cropper by are double infinitives (like "Ik ben er gaan kijken"), separable verbs, the words "er" and "toch" and "hun" vs "hen". Oh, and reflexive verbs. Er, that's possibly six areas. And I mean in Dutch. Obviously I don't speak a word of Scouse. Ahraight, caaaalm down, no aggro, laike.

Ik geloof dat het een feit is dat negen van tien Nederlandse mensen een buitenlander altijd in het Engels antwoorden zullen als hij in het Nederlands naar probeer te spreken. ;)
