gerbieSchool is getting busy already. We have problems with numbers. There should be more money available, but we have to comply with a multi-year plan. So at the moment we are happy with groups of 30, several times there are more than that with one group of 38 as well. The smallest group is 8, but it is combined for most subjects with 22 of a different class. So never a quiet moment.
In extremis I could even be told to bugger of come the new (calender) year, though I know it won't happen. We are understaffed as it is, so every single one of us is unmissable. Next to that I know more about the subjects than my boss, I help him plan the teachers over the whole year, so he needs me. Always a good position to have.
