NHL

I'm leading 5-3 in my semi-final this week. Two more days and I might be playing for the league for the first time since I play fantasy hockey. I might even consider playing it seriously by now!

It doesn't hit me as hard as it should. I know I'm discussing matters with some of you here on LJ, but I can't be bothered to sit in front of the tele for ages, surf the net for information. I'm reading last tuesday's paper at the moment (I was busy), so in my world it hasn't even started yet. I'm busy, plenty of papers to grade, football tomorrow and a concert tonight. Is this wrong? I guess it is, but I can't change it.

Today another protest march in Amsterdam. The last time I went. It didn't stop the warmongers. Today I'm not going. Perhaps I'm too cynical, perhaps I think it doesn't have any influence whatsoever. I admire those who do do though. They've got my support.

Back to my papers, I've done 20, 30 to go and the weekend can start.
