There are no words good enough to describe what I saw today. Iguaza falls must be ranked as one of the miracles of the world, if not, that list is due for a revision. Arriving at the national park, a bus takes you to the falls. At the last stop, you can see something through the trees. As soon as you are on the trail, the view is magnificent. You cannot stop taking pictures, though you know in advance a picture can never capture the beauty of the view you get when you stand there. A trail leads you around corners and after every turn, the view is better or so completely different, that you wonder how good it can get.
This goes on for nearly a mile and the miracles just don`t seem to stop. Hundreds of waterfalls, in all directions, one even better than another, more water, higher drop, nicer rainbow, it just didn`t stop to amaze me. We were just staring for hours at all this natural beauty.
Tomorrow we will go and look at the same falls from the Argentinian side. Apparently that is better than from the Brazilian side. I can´t imagine how. We´ll see, next to that we will probably try one of those rubber rafts to get close to one of the falls as well. While we´re here anyway...
