I have 59/70; and for some reason I can't get it to accept my answer for the Velvet Underground & Nico, no matter how many variations I try.

Argh!

That´s exactly what bothers me as well. Perhaps Nico shouldn´t be there in that answer at all, that´s the only variation I haven´t tried.

59 is a great score though. You´re way ahead of me.
