Berlin

Came back from Berlin today, then immediately went to see my team lose their first play off game and visited my mother as it is mother's day. Busy buny.

Berlin is a great city. In short: day 1 walk until feet hurt, see everything that you have heard of in the city. day 2 I tried to see what I missed before via U-bahn, tram, bus, S-bahn and walk a bit. day 3 visited concentrationcamp Sachsenhauzen. No words can describe that. Yesterday I went to the Olympic Stadium and saw Hertha BSC trash Borrusia Dortmund 6-2.

I had some great days.

Tomorrow back to work.

That used to be very confusing for me. Working in Spain for a British company, three different mother's days for me. Never knew which one to call home. Always had to call several times, just to be sure.

This time I had a good present though: A signed book from one of her favourite authors, even dedicating the book to her!
