Not a good day, november 2nd. After the murder on van Gogh, the death of Knetemann, it ended with the victory by Bush. I have travelled a lot, I thought I understood a lot of people, yet I know once more that I know nothing. A monkey with a sign 'anybody but Bush' should have swept that election.

For thos of you interested in numerology: Between the deaths of Pim Fortuyn and Theo van Gogh there were 911 days. The number in the US for emergencies. In Europe that number is 112, november 2nd...

first sentence should be murder on van Gogh btw, interesting to see how we're all used to hearing "de moord op Fortuyn" sentence and tend to say that, a reporter made the same mistake yesterday too

Thanx for that, I didn't even notice. I was going to tell about the amount of days, hence I had the wrong name in my mind apparently.
