Second look (29)

Just finished my meal at the market in Surabaya. Just a stall, not a word of English spoken, but a good (though very spicy) meal for little money. Even though it is evening, the town has come to life. The market is great. I have fun with the guys running a taxi-bike and cycle around on one myself with the driver in the seat.

Just before I decide to call it a night, I notice this lady. She has done her shopping and needs to get home. I feel sorry for the man who has to cycle her. She either has a huge family or has been shopping for a long period. Probably both. I gesture that I want to take a picture and they both look at me. It is too dark for my camera, but it turned out reasonably well. I love her little foot sticking out underneath the fruit and vegetables.
