That looks like the equivalent o a McMansion one might see here. Is the neighborhood shown considered affluent, average, middle class, tacky, or .... ?

There is no real neighborhood. Five of these kind at the end of the village, before leaving town. All of them overpriced and difficult to sell. For the same price one could buy a very nice house in a quiet and or rural area, instead of nearly on a major road.
