I don't understand anything that has to do with NFL/AFL football. To me football is what the rest of the world calls soccer. But I like fantasysports, so I went into the draft, got a bunch of players who I had never heard of. I lost the first five games in a row, was dead last in my league.

I made some changes, based on the fantasy points they got in the first matches, kept some others. Still don't know anything. Now I have won 5 games in a row, have beaten two leagueleaders, have the longest winning streak after beating the other one with 4 in a row last week and am a play off contender again.

In the meantime, the NBA is the one I pretend to understand. I started off well, led the league for a week, was third for a while, by now I'm 11th out of twelve, have started my line up regularly and see my season disappear beyond me.

Strange sports.

I might be able to help you a little bit with the NFL stuff. I don't claim to know everything (in fact, last year I did pretty much the same as you are doing this year) but I have a decent knowledge of the players. Oddly enough, I just don't get soccer. There was a match on tv when we were in the hospital recently, and I just couldn't get the appeal.

But anyway, feel free to e-mail me directly if you think there's anything I can do to help you with fantasy football. I'll be glad to help, or at least share my confusion.

Wow... that looks like a solid lineup. Some of your roster moves depend on your league format. About the only improvement I could suggest would be at WR. Harrison is probably one of the best in the league, and you're lucky to have him. Beyond that, your receivers are fairly average. The only other improvement (and this might just be a personal perference) would be to play Kris Brown in place of Olindo Mare. Mare is probably more accurate, but Brown will get a few more chances just because of the team he plays for.

One more thing: This advice I give is based on my league's scoring system. If your league values different things, you might just be beter if you stick with what you have.

Any I should drop, depending on the availability of free agents? I play via Yahoo, the standard setting, looking at the different categories, but I'm not even sure how they score, I just know that Gannon and Harrison are doing great, depending on the last game (tonight) I will probably win my sixth in a row!

How's little Perkins doing?
