2 of them on my computer. Norton can't delete them, nor put them in quarantaine. Norton is shut off automatically as well.

If I remember well, deleting them is only possible in the safe mode via DOS. Is that correct? And so yes, how do I get into that screen again. After restarting my computer 6 times desperately trying to read the bios screen, I gave up and ask my friends for some help. Who knows what to do?

Yes, you are correct. To use safe mode, right after computer starts up, hit F8.

If they're just Trojan horses, then Spybot or AdAware should get rid of it.

I had one like that, too. I had to use HijackThis!. Use it to create a logfile, and then copy & paste the logfile to the Tch Support Guys, and they'll tell you what to delete and how. It might take them a day or two to respond, but they're very good.

1) Kijk wat voor een virus\trojan het precies is. Als Norton dat niet precies kan aangeven kan je via google op de symptomen googelen.
2) Googelen op die naam en kijken wat er daar voor oplossingen aangegeven staan
3) die oplossing toepasssen :)
