2 of them on my computer. Norton can't delete them, nor put them in quarantaine. Norton is shut off automatically as well.

If I remember well, deleting them is only possible in the safe mode via DOS. Is that correct? And so yes, how do I get into that screen again. After restarting my computer 6 times desperately trying to read the bios screen, I gave up and ask my friends for some help. Who knows what to do?

I had one like that, too. I had to use HijackThis!. Use it to create a logfile, and then copy & paste the logfile to the Tch Support Guys, and they'll tell you what to delete and how. It might take them a day or two to respond, but they're very good.
