I guess the food shortage there would be even worse, it's just a weird idea knowing that your and my country both have plenty of food. People eat out of boredom, even throw food away, while in most countries there is a shortage of food. Somethings wrong.

Definitely. And on that note, I've hit about a new weight loss strategy. I'm going to make no effort at all to lose weight, I'm just going to feed everyone around me really well so that I will look skinnier by comparison.

It seems so brilliant, it must work. I have just started running, just about every other day. I don't know what has come over me, I do not even like running.

I've been going to the gym about three times a week. I despise it but I go with Betty, which makes it tolerable. We mock the people who are taking themselves too seriously. It's good stuff.

We plan to go sometime next week in our pyjamas, with coffee and housecoats and slippers and watch for an hour and then go back home to bed. I'm looking forward to it.

Looks great, take a digital camera, it would be fun to see you sit there, sleepy eyes, staring in your coffee cup while others try to become fit.

One of my favourite singers, Herbert Grönemeyer once worded it very nice: Ruhe gibt es genug nach dem tod, i.e. there's plenty of rest after you've died. I think I agree.
